I bought Zoe for my wife's birthday 15 years ago. As it turned out, Zoe became a gift for both of us for 15 years. When one of us was ill or injured, she would refuse to leave our side. Her loving eyes would not leave us whenever she thought we were in any kind of distress. Her loss is something we would have never been prepared for and one that will always hurt, but we are so grateful for the years and memories that will live within us until our time here has also passed.
