Sweet P Jackson

We first met her when she was left at a church friend's home with her doghouse, a dirty toy and a sweet potato, thus her name Sweet P. As a pup we often called her "devil dog" because she thought everything was hers to tear up. As she matured she became a caring, loving lady. On her morning walks she would always look for the other dogs on our street; when she found them she walked away uninterested, knowing that her friends were okay. She was really a people dog; she wanted to be with people above all. She would enthusiastically greet us or any visitor at the door (probably hoping for a treat).   From mornings on the porch to her place at the foot of our bed at night, she always wanted to be close to us. We will greatly miss our constant companion , but we will have wonderful memories to console us. Thank you, Sweet P for being such a blessing to our lives.
