Obituary

Ollie crossed the rainbow bridge on November 16, 2020. She leaves behind fur brother, Jack and fur sister, Kismet. Ollie was adopted when she was a year old. She needed special care, as she had been abused/neglected in her first year. Over time, she learned to trust and love and be comfortable with her new life. For the rest of her life, she would never feel afraid or neglected. Instead, she would feel loved and protected and very spoiled. Through the years, she gained 2 fur siblings, Jack and Kismet. They were a pack, but Ollie always made it clear she was the boss. Ollie was a sweet soul with such a unique personality. She loved to sleep on her back with her front legs stretched straight up in the air. She loved pizza, popcorn, and cool ranch doritos. She loved to howl and dance when we came home after being gone for a while. She loved going to run in her grandparents back yard. She loved to nap in the sun. She had many favorites. She was, and always will be our favorite. She was with us through so many life changes and heartaches. She was always there to give love. She rescued us as much as we rescued her. Ollie was a fighter. She fought illness most of this year. It was such a privilege to take care of her in her last chapter. We will miss her very much, but take comfort in the fact that she is ok now and no longer hurting or tired. We are so grateful for every second we had with her. Thank you, Ollie, for all your unconditional love, hugs, and laughs. We have a hole in our family without you, but we will hold onto your memories every day.
We love you, sweet girl.
