Obituary

Mia HardenAka "Peezo, Mya Mya, Miso Soup, Pesuela, Boncitti, along with so many others. However she always responded to them all. Words can't express how deeply she is and will always be missed. 15 years wasn't enough. I am forever grateful for that time but most days it still doesn't seem real. No dog will ever compare for me as she did- she was my soul dog. My only consolation in this time is that she is with sweet Cooper, who passed four months prior and they spent 8.5 years together. She went through so many seasons of my life and I am forever grateful to have shared those times with her. I loved hearing her "chirp" and spin in circles every time I walked through the door. She loved sun tanning by the back door window. She always notified us of the birds, squirrels, and any other intruders- with the exception of seeing my mother walk over from her backyard to ours- the excitement she would have then. I remember being pregnant with my twins and she loved sharing my pregnancy pillow with me and being on my chest or belly. And I recall the fear of being away from her a few days while I delivered the twins. We were just so attached and she was so dear to my heart. I hope she knows how much she meant to me and that I'll see her again one day. She truly was my "first child" before I had my birth children. I hope and pray she is at peace. She will forever remain in my heart. I love you so much, my sweet girl.
