Born 9/12/09  Died 5/25/23

Diva was a mixed breed Pomchi. She was a fiesty tiny ball of fur that captured my heart the second I saw her as she climbed over the other puppies as if to say "pick me" I thought she acted and looked like a Diva and she  lived up to her name from day one.

Later she wrapped her daddy around her little paws and brought us both such immense joy and laughter. She loved to ride "shotgun" even though she was too short to see anything she would lay in the hallway and watch the bathroom door until I came out to make sure I didn't try to leave with out her and of course I seldom did only if it was too hot or cold for her to stay in the car. She would practically flatten her carrier trying to get in it so fast. When she needed to go potty she didn't bark she would give us "the look" and walk towards the back door, we were trained to know it's time to let her majesty out.

She loved playing with her squeaky toys,  bossing, chasing and playing hide and seek with her brother Dante around the kitchen counter she definitely ruled the males of the house. Dante passed away in 2020 she grieved him for months and became ill herself that same year. The vets treated her health issues and we were blessed with 3 more years with her.

But finally when her CKD progressed so rapidly no one could save her I had to end the pain her tiny body was suffering.
As I looked into her eyes as she slipped away my heart shattered but, I felt somewhat comforted knowing that now she would be in no more pain and reunited with her brother. I know I will forever miss my sweet baby girl and remember the love and laughter she brought to my life. I can only hope that when I go I am reunited with all my fur babies.
