To my baby boy,
On December 24, 2008, you turned a 13 year old girl's world around. As soon as we locked eyes on each other, we were attached. Chippy walked with us through a lot of big moments in my life. Starting high school, getting braces, making the volleyball team, getting my license, first day of senior year, graduation, college, my first job, meeting my first and only love, Jackson, he traveled all the way to Murfreesboro, TN, to be with me when I graduated, getting my first big girl job, my wedding. Chippy was there for all my sicknesses, and he never left my side, he licked my tears when I cried, he was the first to greet me when I came home. Chippy walked to end Alzheimer's and Heart Disease, never bit anyone, was so gentle with babies, loved going on car rides, the Ocoee River and Petco. He was the best big brother to his wild sister, Tinker Bell, and he was the loudest snorer I have ever heard. Chippy loved his giggle ball, and he loved his blanket. He loved to cuddle, and borough under covers. He LOVED cheese and peanut butter. Chippy loved the Fourth of July like his momma and watching fireworks. Chippy wore orange and white every Saturday to cheer for the Tennessee Vols, and he stormed the roads when we went for walks.
I love you, Chippy, and I miss you so much. I know you're happier and with Stumpy now.
Love, Mom
